TFN s.r.o. - Global Services is a member of the French group ATALIAN Global Services (former TFN Group). In the Czech Republic, it is a merger of JANA s.r.o. and TEST spol. s r.o.

ATALIAN operates in many European countries: Spain, Luxembourg, Belgium, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Croatia and Slovenia. Outside Europe it is in Lebanon.

Historic milestones:

1944 – Establishment of the parent company TFN Group (France)
1990 – Establishment of JANA s.r.o.
1991 – Establishment of TEST spol. s r.o.
2008 – TFN Group entering into JANA s.r.o.
2009 – Acquisition of the cleaning division from the Veolia Group (in CZ - TEST spol. s r.o.)
2009 – Acquisition of an interest in the company ZETA CZ s.r.o.
2010 – The parent TFN Group renamed to ATALIAN Global Services
2010 - amalgamation of JANA and TEST completed, now TFN s.r.o.
2010 - renaming of ZETA CZ s.r.o. to TFN Ekologický servis s.r.o.
