MTO

The MTO division is presented as an entity that undertakes responsibility and cares for the customers' needs related to realization of all support activities so that customers may concentrate on the main sphere of their business activity only.

Legislative service

• Keeping laws, government decrees, regulations, directives, standards and ordinances applicable to clients. Ensuring of their awareness, realization according to the wording of laws, their upgrade. Co-formulation of internal documentation and its keeping.
• EMPLOYEES' TRAINING - training clients' employees in the field of occupational health and safety, fire protection, EMS and waste disposal. Organizing special training sessions for employees according to clients' requirements.
• CARRYING OUT INSPECTIONS AND REVIEWS OF THE CLIENTS' APPLIANCES - ensuring all necessary inspections, checks and overhauls required by operation of law in relation to clients' appliances, overhauls of electric devices, gas appliances, pressure devices, lifting devices, inspections of occupational health and safety, fire protection, EMS, inspections of stacks, etc.

Providing expert services and activities

• MULTI-TECHNICAL services - locksmith's, electrical, plumbing, heating, joinery, painting, varnishing, welding, metal-working activities, ventilation, exhaust, air-conditioning, power and media distribution systems as well as transport, postal services, archiving services and registry services
• MULTI-SERVICE services - maintenance of lifting appliances and elevators, provision of services related to hygiene, automated gates and bars, operation of underground garages and parking lots.

Ensuring maintenance of buildings and structures

• ADMINISTRATION AND MAINTENANCE OF BUILDINGS, so-called property management including anything comprised therein, including reporting of required values to customers.
• ENSURING AND EXECUTION OF MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE starting with lubricating services in relation to machines, carrying out minor repairs and maintenance of devices, carrying out preventive and predictive maintenance of machinery and equipment, to specific repairs of machines and tools, including specialized service activities.
• ENSURING AND CARRYING OUT ELECTRIC ACTIVITIES AND ELECTRIC MAINTENANCE - ensuring and realization of inspections and overhauls of electric appliances, extension cords, replacement and repairs of end elements of electric systems, installations of electric light-current and heavy-current wiring and networks. Electric maintenance of machinery and equipment including buildings and structures.
• PLUMBING AND HEATING ACTIVITIES, air gases, water and other media distribution.
• Joiner's, masonry, plasterboard activities, negotiations about energy supplies and their prices, tenders for realization of required sub-deliveries.
